About the Program

The Spring Chief Revenue Cycle Management Congress is an informative gathering bringing together the top leaders in Revenue Cycle from healthcare systems across the country. Join your fellow CFOs, CROs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and Directors of Patient Financial Services as we discuss the changing landscape of the future of RCM. Discussions at the program will encompass ideas around saving money, creating revenue streams, meshing resource needs with humans and artificial intelligence, price transparency, improving the patient financial experience, and so much more.

This year, the Congress will be tri-located with our Chief Nursing Officer and Healthcare IT Congresses, offering exciting opportunities for crossover networking and content sessions. Attendees will be able to connect with professionals from other key areas of healthcare, enriching the learning experience and fostering broader collaboration.

The Congress features an array of formats including keynotes, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative roundtable sessions, allowing for countless learning moments and networking opportunities. Communal meal functions further facilitate peer-to-peer connections, making this forum an invaluable platform for learning, sharing, and forging impactful connections within the healthcare community.

Top Topics of Discussion

How does leveraging data and insights from the revenue cycle transform healthcare delivery? As a group, let’s focus on how we can improve the patient journey by integrating financial processes with clinical care, ultimately enhancing the patient experience and providing them better access to care. We’ll dive into how revenue cycle data can identify and address social determinants of health, reduce disparities, and support a more personalized, equitable approach to healthcare. I challenge us to look ahead at how these advancements can shape the future of healthcare, promoting more efficient systems, improved outcomes, and healthier communities.

Let’s discuss:

  • How to use new tools to predict propensity to pay, receive real time denial feedback and correct claims prior to going to payers to achieve faster claim processing times. This in turn reduces number of re-submissions, touches and appeals, as well as decreases overall denial inventory.
  • How to use vendor canned solutions in conjunction with BOTS/AI to improve billing and collection performance while reducing standard workflow manual steps to create value added work and outcomes.

This engaging session aims to explore strategies for optimizing revenue cycle management processes in the face of limited resources. We will discuss techniques for streamlining workflows, leveraging technology, and enhancing team productivity to drive efficiency and cost savings. Participants will learn best practices for reducing administrative burdens, automating tasks, and improving data accuracy while maintaining high-quality patient care and compliance. The session emphasizes practical solutions for healthcare organizations seeking to achieve greater financial performance with constrained budgets and staffing, ensuring sustainability in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Join us for this thought-provoking session as we explore strategies to optimize staffing and align talent with organizational goals. Participants will learn how to identify the right skill sets for critical roles, implement efficient staffing models, and maximize team productivity. Discussions will focus on overcoming common staffing challenges, leveraging technology for better resource allocation, and fostering a culture of collaboration across departments. By the end, my hope is that we all gain actionable insights to improve staffing efficiency, enhance financial performance, and ensure our teams are equipped to drive long-term success in our healthcare organizations.

This closing session with leave you thinking about the three pillars of a successful revenue cycle: people, process, and patients. We will explore how to:

  • PEOPLE: Investing in training and development to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • PROCESS: Streamlining workflows and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • PATIENTS: Foster a patient-centric culture that prioritizes communication, transparency and affordability.
